The challenge
The challenge this case study aimed to solve was the digital transition faced by merchants. we recognized that many small businesses struggle when trying to bring their operations online, encountering difficulties in areas such as setting up an e-commerce store, managing inventory, marketing their products effectively, and providing a seamless customer experience. The case study sought to address these challenges by showcasing a B2B2C product designed specifically to facilitate the digitization process for small merchants and improve their overall business performance.
The goal
The goal of the project was to develop a product that would empower merchants in their digital transition and drive their growth in the online marketplace. The overarching objective was to provide a comprehensive solution that addressed the specific challenges faced by merchants when digitizing their businesses and also provide them with a user-friendly, feature-rich, and comprehensive product that would enable their success, drive business growth, and level the playing field in the online marketplace.
