During the analysis phase I reached out to people who have leveraged crypto platforms to accept payment and people who used regular or other financial solutions like TransferWise or western union to try to under stand their thought process and their experience while using those applications. Some of the key points I studying their mental model while they were trying to perform transactions, the services they were using the most and the issues they faced while using these services.
Digi was Definitely and amazing experience for me , from the amazing amount of articles i read to the research process to the multiple UI iterations and decisions. It was also an eye opener towards the potential crypto has and how it could change the world and Africa Stand to benefit the most from the current innovation, ranging from talent to African creatives getting more recognition to the Africans creating amazing products like buycoins, lazerpay, fluidcoins and betdemand to improve peoples life and give them a chance to level the financial playing field.
