With insights gotten from the research phase, i was able to properly strategize on ways on how to improve their processes and reduce churn rate, first was designing a website for their business for them to easily onboard new clients then i embarked on a complete redesign of their internal tool due to a few reasons

  • Current app experience was not so good
  • Improvements could be made regarding data display
  • legibility was a pressing issue in certain areas
  • lack of screen management
  • Frictions in user flows relating to certain actions
  • color management.
  • improvements regarding collaboration was also needed

Conclusion

At the end of the project i was able to solve all the problems that was listed above also due to the sensitivity regarding the project i couldn't drop a full info regarding the process.
